Swedish Security: Iran Uses Criminal Networks Within the Country

The Swedish Security Service reported today, Thursday, that it has detected the Iranian regime using criminal networks within Sweden to carry out acts of violence against other countries, groups, and individuals. The agency stated that these activities primarily targeted Iranian opposition groups and individuals in exile, but have also extended to representatives of other countries, such as Israel. It added that "carrying out such activities may aim to harm Israeli and Jewish interests, goals, and activities in Sweden."
