Ogero announced its intention to proceed with protecting the national telecommunications network from all forms of violations, stating, "In continuation of its previous campaigns against illegal internet, the authority will tomorrow, based on the signal from the competent judiciary, remove violations and dismantle unauthorized transport networks across all Lebanese territories. Consequently, internet service will experience interruptions for citizens contracted with those networks." In a statement, it called for "contacting it via 1515 or through its website or by visiting its centers to obtain internet service legally."
