The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that one of its vehicles came under Israeli gunfire while attempting to assist an injured person in Jenin late Tuesday night. The Israeli army stated in a report that it is operating based on intelligence related to activities by militants associated with Hamas and Islamic Jihad in the Jenin area, noting a "heavy exchange of fire." It added, "During the exchange of fire, bystanders may have been injured," confirming that it is "investigating these claims." Throughout the day, there were reports of drone flights, explosions, and sporadic gunfire, with the Israeli army conducting patrols on the outskirts of the camp.
