The Governor of the Belgorod region in Russia, Vyacheslav Gladkov, stated today via the messaging app Telegram that "four people were injured due to a landmine explosion in the city." Gladkov added that "among the injured is a cameraman from the official Russia 24 television channel who sustained a shrapnel wound to his abdomen."
