Prime Minister Najib Mikati requested the Minister of Telecommunications in the caretaker government, Johnny Qarm, to adhere to the implementation of the provisions of laws and regulations in force regarding subscribers benefiting from mobile phone services present on Lebanese territory in an illegal manner, and to be strict in taking the necessary and stringent measures against anyone who does not meet the legally imposed conditions.
