Ukrainian Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko revealed on Wednesday that "his country needs around $3 billion in external financial aid per month this year." He added in a statement that the macroeconomic stability of Ukraine amid the war with Russia has been possible thanks to the continuous flow of international financial assistance from Kyiv's allies, emphasizing that ongoing financial support is critically important this year as well. Marchenko stated, "In 2024, the monthly needs for external financing will be around $3 billion. There can be no slowdown in attracting external funding."
