A nutrition expert revealed that "hot chocolate can help with weight loss and prevent feelings of hunger." Steve Bennett, author of the book "Fiber First," said, "Eating more fiber in your diet makes you eat less and feel full longer because it is digested slowly. Cocoa powder, which is the main ingredient in hot chocolate, is high in fiber."
Bennett provided a simple healthy recipe for hot chocolate, consisting of 200 ml of warm milk, two tablespoons of regular cocoa powder, and two teaspoons of "Stevia," a sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the Stevia rebaudiana plant in Paraguay and Brazil.
Steve added, "Diet plans generally rely on giving up delicious foods, and people do not like that. If you prioritize fiber, you can eat what you want afterward, but you'll end up consuming less because you feel full." It is noted that cocoa powder contains about 28% fiber.
