The source noted that "Hamas leaders informed us that they are seriously and positively considering the proposal for a truce," adding: "Intensive Egyptian movements and visits from Palestinian factions aim to restore the path of Palestinian reconciliation and achieve stability in the Gaza Strip." It was revealed that "Hamas will provide its response regarding the ceasefire proposal in the coming days," and it was mentioned that there is "an Egyptian invitation for Hamas leaders to visit Cairo to discuss all details related to the current situation." The source confirmed the presence of "intensive Egyptian meetings and communications in recent hours to resume ceasefire negotiations in the Gaza Strip."
