This system has been named "Hayan," bringing heavy rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds, with a more pronounced effect starting Tuesday afternoon coupled with a noticeable drop in temperatures. Snow is anticipated to reach 700 meters early Thursday, particularly in the northern regions. The system's impact is expected to lessen starting Friday morning, with gradual stabilization of the weather by Sunday.

**Note**: The average temperatures for January in Beirut range between 11 and 19 degrees Celsius, in Tripoli between 9 and 17 degrees, and in Zahle between 3 and 13 degrees.

Intermittent rainfall which may be heavy at times, accompanied by lightning, thunder, and active winds. Snow is expected at 1000 meters, especially in the northern elevations, with wider breaks in the weather anticipated during the day.
