Houthis: We Targeted an Israeli Ship in the Arabian Sea

The official spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces affiliated with the Houthis, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, announced that the naval forces conducted a military operation against the Israeli ship "MSC Sky" in the Arabian Sea. The statement said, "In defense of the Palestinian people's plight and as part of the response to the American-British aggression against our country, the naval forces of the Yemeni armed forces targeted an Israeli ship, 'MSC SKY', in the Arabian Sea with a number of suitable naval missiles, and the hit was precise and direct, thanks to God."

The statement added, "This targeting operation came just hours after a qualitative operation in which the missile forces and drone air force launched a number of ballistic missiles and drones at several hostile American warships in the Red Sea. The Yemeni armed forces affirm their commitment to preventing Israeli navigation or ships heading to the ports of occupied Palestine until the aggression is stopped and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted, and they will not hesitate, with God's help, to carry out more military operations in both the Red and Arabian Seas against all hostile targets in defense of beloved Yemen and in support of the oppressed Palestinian people."

He continued, "The Yemeni armed forces, through these two operations, confirm their ability to target both military and non-military ships simultaneously, and that their operations are escalating and ongoing in the Red and Arabian Seas and the Gulf of Aden, and Bab al-Mandab, until the aggression is halted and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted."
