The Lebanese Tobacco and Tobacco Processing Directorate, known as "Regie," continued its efforts to combat smuggling. In a statement, it reported that its specialized units ambushed a vehicle in the Doura area transporting a quantity of counterfeit molasses and seized its contents. It also noted that a report of the seizure has been filed and will be reviewed by the competent judiciary.
