Israeli Army spokesman Avichay Adraee announced via X platform that "the army issued today, Saturday, orders for residents in more areas of the city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip to evacuate and head to the expanded humanitarian area in the Mawasi." He called on all residents and displaced individuals in the Jabalia area and the neighborhoods of Salam, Nour, Tel al-Zaatar, Beit Lahia project, Jabalia camp, Malin neighborhood, Al-Rawda, Al-Nuzha, Al-Jarun, Al-Nahda, and Al-Zuhur to immediately proceed to the shelters west of Gaza City, stating that they are in a dangerous combat area. Hamas is attempting to rebuild.
