This service is known for its ease of use, as it is entirely done through a short text message. Subscribers of Touch prepaid lines can benefit from it during the line's validity, adhering to the terms set by the company.

To transfer balance to another subscriber on the Touch network, follow these steps:

- Open the messaging app on your phone.

- Enter the phone number you want to transfer the balance to.

- Add the letter T directly after the phone number.

- Write the amount you wish to transfer.

- Send the message to 1199.

Example

To transfer 1 dollar to the number:

03XXXXXX

Compose the message as follows:

03XXXXXXT1

Then send it to 1199.

What Amount Can Be Transferred?

The balance transfer service allows only the following values to be transferred:

-0.5 dollar.

-1 dollar.

-1.5 dollars.

-2 dollars.

-2.5 dollars.

-3 dollars.

Balance Transfer Fees

Touch imposes a fee of:

-0.14 dollar for each transfer.

This is in addition to the cost of the text message (SMS).

Conditions for Balance Transfer on Touch

For a successful transfer, the following conditions must be met:

- Both lines must be Touch prepaid subscribers.

- The sending line must be in an active validity period.

- The sender should retain at least 0.54 dollar credit post-transfer.

- The service cannot be used during international roaming.

- Balance cannot be sent or received if the line is in the final grace period (Grace Period).

Credit Request Service (Credit Me)

If you do not have enough balance, you can request credit from a fellow Touch subscriber using the Credit Me service.

To send a credit request, dial:

-*240*amount*phone number#

The other party will receive a notification allowing them to transfer the balance to you via the balance transfer service.

Why Might a Transfer Fail?

A balance transfer might not succeed in the following scenarios:

- Insufficient balance available.

- Attempt to transfer a prohibited amount.

- If the line is in the grace period.

- Using the service while roaming.

- Sending the message in an incorrect format.
