A secret work coordinator in the city of Kherson, which is still under the control of Kiev, confirmed the outbreak of cholera among the Ukrainian army and the city's residents, reporting dozens of infections and deaths among them. The coordinator stated to Sputnik: "There is a cholera outbreak in Kherson, with around 100 people in hospitals, and at least 12 people have died, most of whom are military personnel. Cases of infection have also been recorded among civilians. Kiev authorities are in a state of severe panic and are hiding this fact, passing diagnosed cases off as typhoid fever."
