Karki Assigns the Aley Office to Collect Subscriptions for Special Categories

A statement was issued today, Monday, from the Public Relations Directorate in the National Social Security Fund, which reads: "In order to facilitate the affairs of the insured and to ensure the proper functioning of the National Social Security Fund, and within the framework adopted by the Director General, Dr. Mohammed Karki, in making all decisions and procedures that would alleviate the burden on you, especially those related to imposing additional financial burdens from transportation and movement. Dr. Karki issued a decision on 20/5/2024, bearing the number 303, which mandated the Aley Office to collect subscriptions for special categories (municipalities, doctors, voluntary insured individuals, and retirees) starting from 3/6/2024. He requested all relevant officials in the Fund to take all necessary administrative and technical decisions to implement this decision, particularly concerning the modification of mechanization programs. This decision follows similar decisions that included the offices in Bteghrine, Tabnine, Jezzine, Batroun, and Halba to carry out the same task. In conclusion, the Director General reiterated his commitment to taking all developmental steps needed to restore regular operations in the Fund and provide the best services to a third of the Lebanese population."
