Iraq: Arrest of Two Terrorists and Two Drug Dealers

The Security Media Cell announced the arrest of two terrorists and two drug dealers in the provinces of Nineveh, Kirkuk, Basra, and Dhi Qar. The cell stated in a statement that "the Counter-Terrorism Service launched operations in the northern areas that resulted in the arrest of two terrorists in Nineveh and Kirkuk provinces." The cell added, "Our forces also carried out two separate operations that resulted in the arrest of drug dealers in Basra and Dhi Qar provinces," confirming that "they have been handed over to the Drug and Psychotropic Substances Affairs Directorates in the same provinces."
