The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced that caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati is preparing to call for a Cabinet session on Friday afternoon, April 26, with an agenda to be distributed later. The Secretariat requested ministers to "confirm their presence in Lebanon and attend on the mentioned date in preparation for an official invitation to be sent if it is determined that the quorum will be secured."
