His real name is Paul Al-Maouchi, born in 1993, and he resides in Sweden. The information confirms that Al-Maouchi has extensive experience in hacking and the Deep Web, and he operates servers for betting and gambling offices in Lebanon and other countries. Reports indicate that video recordings of the rapes are sent to him, where they are sold at exorbitant prices on the Dark Web. After Al-Maouchi was caught, his true identity was revealed along with a recording that confirms the crimes attributed to him. He then initiated a media campaign to clean up his image and attempted to undermine the ongoing investigations.
Additionally, information concerning an individual known as Steve indicates that he is Peter Naffa. Both Al-Maouchi and Naffa exploited the poverty and desperation of children from Syria and Lebanon, organizing a gang that included some minors who are active on TikTok. They began luring these children with support to carry out their scheme. Reports confirm that the amount spent on members of the gang reached significant sums, totaling about one million dollars.
