Title: Judge Aoun During Supportive Demonstration: "We Either Want to Build a State of Law or a Farm"

A number of activists and lawyers held a demonstration in support of Judge Ghada Aoun in front of the Palace of Justice in Beirut. In her statement during the solidarity event, Aoun stated that "we are faced with two options: either we want to build a state of law or a farm. The decision of the Public Prosecutor of Cassation is illegal; he can give directives but cannot impose a penalty on me."
