Russian Presidential Assistant Yuri Ushakov announced that President Vladimir Putin gifted the King of Bahrain, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, who is visiting Russia, a luxurious Russian "Aurus" presidential car. Ushakov noted that the Russian president presented the long model of the "Aurus" limousine as a gift to the King of Bahrain. Earlier today, the two leaders held a meeting where they discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations, and a number of documents and agreements were signed to expand cooperation between the two countries. "Aurus" is part of the "Kortezh" project, or "motorcade," designed for the production of a family of luxury vehicles, including limousines, sedans, and minivans for high-ranking officials in Russia, primarily the president of the country, and will be marketed under the "Aurus" brand.
