Gantz: Fires May Continue Even in Next Ramadan

Israeli war minister Benny Gantz stated that "even in the upcoming month of Ramadan, the war in Gaza may continue," threatening to expand the fighting to Rafah unless the captives are returned. Gantz explained: "There will be no ceasefire, not even for one day, until our 'kidnapped' are returned... In any case, the fighting will continue until we achieve our goals." He added: "And even in the next Ramadan, the fires may continue... either our captives return or we expand the fighting to Rafah."
