Luana passed away at the age of 29 after suffering a heart attack during a cosmetic procedure at a private hospital in Rio de Janeiro. According to the American newspaper "New York Post," Luana had undergone the cosmetic surgery two days prior and fell into a coma afterward, with resuscitation attempts proving unsuccessful, leading to her death being announced later.
Luana was considered one of Brazil's most famous influencers, boasting hundreds of thousands of followers on her Instagram pages. She participated in numerous reality TV shows and was regarded as one of the prominent young faces in Brazil's entertainment world. She underwent a cosmetic procedure on a part of her body last Friday morning at a private hospital in Rio de Janeiro.
According to the hospital's statement: "The surgical operation was halted, and the patient underwent examinations that revealed a massive stroke. She was transferred to the intensive care unit, where she received medication and circulatory treatment." The medical team tried to resuscitate Luana, but their efforts were in vain, leading to her death being announced later.
