A strong explosion was heard recently in the central Beqaa region, with echoes reaching several villages in both the central and western Beqaa. It was revealed that this was due to a fire in the mountainous area and the explosion of leftover ammunition and explosives. Smoke columns were observed rising in the eastern mountain range between the areas of Janta and Nabi Sheet.
