Wet air masses are gradually affecting Lebanon today, Tuesday, and will continue into Wednesday with a drop in temperatures and scattered rain, before stability returns on Thursday for several days with a rise in temperatures.
Details of Tuesday’s Weather:
1. Temperature: 14 to 20 along the coast, between 6 and 15 in the Bekaa, and between 9 and 13 at 1000 meters.
2. Weather: Partly cloudy with local rain especially in the afternoon and evening, intensifying in some areas between Tuesday night and Wednesday with snow at 2100 meters.
3. Winds: Light westerly winds at speeds between 20 and 40 km/h.
4. Surface Humidity along the coast: Between 20% and 85%.
5. Surface Atmospheric Pressure: 1013 hPa.
6. Visibility: Good, deteriorating locally due to fog.
7. Sea Conditions: Low waves with a surface water temperature of 24 degrees.
Weather for the Next Two Days:
- Wednesday: Cloudy with thunderstorms during the day and snow at an elevation of 2000 meters. Temperatures will decrease and range as follows: 13 to 19 along the coast, between 4 and 16 in the Bekaa, and between 8 and 14 at 1000 meters, with weak northwesterly winds at speeds between 20 and 40 km/h.
- Thursday: Relatively stable, partly cloudy with fog formation, and temperatures will rise again, ranging as follows: 12 to 20 along the coast, between 4 and 18 in the Bekaa, and between 7 and 17 at 1000 meters, with weak northwesterly winds at speeds between 20 and 40 km/h.
