Prime Minister Najib Mikati issued a circular to all public administrative institutions numbered 13/2024 regarding the provision of persistence compensation to employees. It stated: "Referring to circular number 6/2024 dated 21/3/2024, in which all public administrations were requested to adhere to the conditions, criteria, and procedures for granting persistence compensation to their employees, you are requested, if the conditions, criteria, and procedures outlined in circular number 6/2024 are met, to grant your employees persistence compensation similar to that of their peers in public administrations."
