Russia Summons U.S. Ambassador for This Reason

The Russian Foreign Ministry summoned the U.S. ambassador to Moscow today, Monday, to inform her that the country holds both Kyiv and Washington responsible for a missile attack that resulted in casualties in the city of Sevastopol in Crimea. The ministry stated in a message: "These actions committed by Washington... will not go unanswered... there will definitely be measures taken in response."
