Removal of Landfills at the Displaced Persons Camps on the Banks of the Litani River

The National Authority for the Litani River announced in a statement the "removal and cancellation of the landfills at the displaced persons camps on the banks of the Litani River - Camp Hosh El-Rafqa No. 032, in cooperation with the Baalbek Municipal Union, the Baalbek-Hermel Governorate, and the Budnayil Municipality." It indicated that "the work included the removal of some latrines that were installed by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees."
