In response to the Secretary-General of "Hezbollah," Mr. Hassan Nasrallah, the Head of Foreign Relations in the "Lebanese Forces," former minister Richard Kiyoumyan wrote on his account on the "X" platform: "To those who wish to return to a bygone era and make everyone know their place, either you obey us, you Christians and Lebanese, and act as we want in war, peace, politics, and administration, or forget about political parity. This means we accept a president from the People of the Book, but we will choose him. Also, be prepared to pay political tribute today, for tomorrow you will pay it in terms of your existence and freedom. You may boast as much as you want, Mr. Hassan, but read history well so you do not miscalculate the situation and the title. Christians are the foundation of the entity, the nation, and the state, and their rights are not a favor from anyone, nor will they be. Lebanon is measured by its diversity, not by numbers. It is based on the value of the individual, not the value of a sect. The power of weapons gives you a dubious right to authority, not to a state that belongs to all Lebanese people, so be cautious about the title."
