Army Raid in Baalbek and Arrest of Wanted Individuals

The Lebanese Army Command - Directorate of Guidance reported that "on 15/6/2024, a unit of the army, supported by a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence, raided the homes of wanted individuals in the town of Nabha - Baalbek, and arrested two citizens (A.A.) and (K.A.) for illegally cutting down forest trees. They seized an illegal vehicle, weapons, military ammunition, tools for cutting trees, and a quantity of hashish. The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was initiated with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
