Injury of Actress Somaya El Alfi During Apartment Fire in Giza

A fire broke out today, Sunday, in the apartment of the Egyptian actress Somaya El Alfi, resulting in her suffering from severe asphyxiation. Somaya El Alfi stated that she experienced a significant state of asphyxiation due to the fire in her residential apartment; however, it did not require her to be transferred to the hospital, as she is currently in good health. The security authorities in Giza received a report of the fire inside the apartment of actress Somaya El Alfi, and necessary procedures were taken. Civil defense forces promptly arrived to control the fire, deploying two fire trucks. It was determined that the fire originated in an apartment on the 5th floor of a 7-story building owned by Somaya El Alfi. The civil defense forces are currently working to control the fire to prevent it from spreading to the other floors of the building, and necessary actions are being taken.
