Israeli broadcasting authority reported that American mediator Amos Hochstein returned to Israel after discussions in Lebanon and held a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The broadcasting authority stated that Hochstein told Netanyahu that "Nasrallah is not ready to agree to a ceasefire in the north before a ceasefire in Gaza."
