Has the International Community Abandoned the Sudanese?

Médecins Sans Frontières reported today, Monday, that at least one child is dying every two hours in Zamzam camp in Sudan, which is one of the largest and oldest displaced persons camps in the country. Claire Nicole, the organization's emergency department responsible, stated, "Before the outbreak of conflict in April of last year, people in the camp relied heavily on international support for food, healthcare, clean water, and everything. Now, they have been almost completely abandoned."
