Gang of Home Burglars Arrested by Security Forces

The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement today, Thursday: "On May 28, 2024, a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence arrested citizens (R.H.), (N.A.), and (M.H.) in the town of Al-Hosnaya - Akkar for forming a gang to steal homes, cars, and motorcycles, as well as stealing wires and electrical equipment. A unit from the army, assisted by a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence, raided the homes of wanted individuals in the town of Badnayel - Baalbek, arresting citizens (M.S.) and (A.S.) for firing shots, and seized military weapons and a quantity of ammunition from them. The seized items were handed over, and investigations with the detainees began under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
