Kremlin Denies Bombing Children's Hospital in Kyiv

The Kremlin stated that "Russian forces did not bomb the children's hospital in Kyiv yesterday, but it was hit by anti-missile projectiles fired by Ukraine." Dmitry Peskov, the Kremlin spokesperson, did not provide any evidence to support this claim but told reporters, "I confirm that we do not target any civilian objectives." Ukrainian authorities claim that Russia shelled the main children's hospital in Kyiv with a missile and launched a large missile attack on other Ukrainian cities yesterday, resulting in the death of at least 41 civilians in the heaviest airstrike in months.
