Bolivian President Luis Arce condemned today the irregular mobilization of some units of the country's army in a post on "X," while accusing the former leader of the Andean nation of a senior general planning a coup. Video clips spread on social media showed armed soldiers and armored vehicles gathering in Plaza Murillo in the capital.
