Unknown Airstrike on Al-Bukamal in Syria

Media sources reported that U.S. drones carried out an airstrike targeting the city of Al-Bukamal in eastern Syria. Later, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported hearing a loud explosion in the Al-Bukamal area near the Syrian-Iraqi border, coinciding with the flight of an unidentified aircraft over areas controlled by Iranian militias in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside. The observatory did not mention whether the bombing targeted individuals in the area or a truck carrying sensitive equipment that had arrived at the targeted site. Hours before the strike, there was drone activity, according to the observatory as well.
