Ghaleb Fhas Wins the Lebanese Table Tennis Cup

Ghaleb Fhas from An-Nadi Al-Riyadhi Ghazir won the title of the Lebanese Cup in men's singles table tennis by defeating Saadeddine Al-Habash (Al-Ahli Saida) in the final match with a score of 3-2 (sets 11-2, 10-12, 11-7, 6-11, 14-12). Hassan Shbib (Al-Ahli Saida) secured third place, while Basel Harb (Antranik Beirut) came in fourth. The tournament was held in a double-elimination format and included 331 players, who competed over a week at the tables of Mon La Salle Club in Ain Saadeh, under the supervision of Technical Committee Chairman Fadi Qassis and Referee Committee Chairman Dr. Kamil Marab. The matches were officiated by international referees Mustafa Daqdouq, Sara Jaber, Ghadir Sbaiti, and Mai Murshid Rida, along with federation referees Eli Suleiman, Joseph Marab, Michel Samani, Cynthia Ghosn, Dr. Fadi Al-Rai, and Toni Diab. At the end of the event, the General Secretary of the Federation Dr. Pierre Hani and the Technical Committee Chairman Fadi Qassis distributed the first-place trophy and medals to the winners.
