Tragedy in Morocco: Four People Run Over Amid Traffic Dispute

Four individuals in Agadir, central Morocco, were involved in a horrific hit-and-run incident following a traffic dispute between drivers, according to Moroccan newspapers. A video documenting the incident has gone viral on social media in Morocco, showing a vehicle speeding towards a girl and three young men before crashing into a wall near a police station.

Details reported by "Aalm" indicate that the disagreement began over which driver had the right of way. The first vehicle contained two people, while the second had a girl and three young men. The source adds that the intensity of the dispute escalated along the road until they reached a location near a tourist police station. At that point, a companion of the first driver's car took over the wheel and sped off, running over the girl and the young men who were headed to file a complaint with the police.

Local news site "Agadir 24" reported from several sources that the traffic dispute turned into an incident that nearly resulted in a horrific murder after the victims were run over.

According to the Moroccan site, police arrested the driver and transported the victims to the Hassan II Regional Hospital in critical condition. The authorities have launched an investigation into the incident to uncover all circumstances surrounding the crime, identify the motives of the perpetrator, and apply the law to anyone found to be involved in the incident, as stated by the same source.
