The Traffic Control Room reported that traffic is heavy from Dbayeh towards Jounieh, reaching the Ghazir Bridge, and from the Sophiyeh towards the Karantina, extending to the River of Death. It added: "Traffic is heavy from the Fiyadiyah towards Louiza, reaching Aariya."
