Israeli Army Prepares for War with Lebanon

The Israeli army announced on Tuesday evening that the commander of the Northern Command approved an operational plan for an attack on Lebanon. The Israeli army indicated that "the operational plan includes mechanisms for decision-making and implementation to accelerate troop readiness in the field." Israeli media revealed that Defense Minister Yoav Galant instructed the army to raise the level of preparedness for war in Lebanon.
