Algerian star Riyad Mahrez celebrated his marriage to British model Taylor Ward for the second time, according to English media reports. The Sun newspaper confirmed on Tuesday that Mahrez held his wedding ceremony at a five-star hotel in London, attended by close friends and family. The famous English newspaper mentioned that Mahrez and Taylor married for the second time, following their Islamic wedding in January.
Additionally, it was noted that the player of the "Greens" and the British model are set to celebrate their marriage for the third time in the coming year of 2024.
Ward shared photos from the wedding on her Instagram page, captioning them: "Marry your best friend... Part One." Mahrez also reposted the photos on his page without a caption. Mahrez and Ward have been in a relationship since 2020 and have one child together, following Mahrez's separation from his previous British wife of Indian descent, Rita Johal, with whom he had two children. The children have frequently appeared in shared photos on their Instagram pages.
