Minister of Education and Higher Education Abbas Halabi issued Decision No. 2398/11 dated 09/04/2024 regarding the opening of applications for the Kolokium exams for the year 2024 - first session in the specializations of "Speech Assessment," "Vision Measurement," and "Psychomotor Therapy."
The announcement states:
The General Directorate of Higher Education in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education announces the reception of applications for the Kolokium exams for the year 2024 - first session in the specializations of:
- Speech Assessment
- Vision Measurement
- Psychomotor Therapy
This will start from Monday, April 15, 2024, until Friday, May 31, 2024.
Applications for the Kolokium exams in the mentioned specializations must be submitted via the following electronic link specific to the Kolokium Department in the General Directorate of Higher Education: https://dghe.mehe.gov.lb directly by the applicants, particularly graduates and students expected to graduate at the end of the current semester (Spring 2024) from higher education institutions operating outside Lebanon, and by a representative of the relevant university/college for graduates and students expected to graduate at the end of the current semester (Spring 2024) from private higher education institutions operating inside Lebanon.
Please note:
1. The link will close at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 31, 2024.
2. Candidates must submit a paper application file, including the required documents, either directly or through a family member (grandparents, parents, children, siblings) to the Secretariat of the Kolokium and University Equivalents Department in the General Directorate of Higher Education, located in the central building of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (Unesco, Habib Abi Shahela Square, 6th floor).
Required documents:
- A certified copy of the ID card or an original individual civil status certificate not exceeding three months from the application submission date (the civil status certificate must include a recent photo of the candidate).
- Three recent photos of the candidate, certified by the local mukhtar.
- An original copy of the secondary school completion certificate for Lebanese general secondary certificate or Lebanese technical baccalaureate certificate.
- An original copy of the equivalency certificate for secondary school completion from other than the above-mentioned certificates.
- University degrees and relevant grade statements, certified by the Secretariat of University Certifications in the General Directorate of Higher Education, for graduates and students of private higher education institutions operating in Lebanon.
- University degrees and grade statements and diploma supplement (if available), appropriately certified, for graduates and students of higher education institutions operating outside Lebanon.
- An original copy of the university equivalency certificate issued by the Secretariat of University Equivalents in the General Directorate of Higher Education for certificates issued outside the Lebanese University.
- A copy of the work market training certifications in the specialization (if available).
