French President Emmanuel Macron affirmed on Saturday during a summit on peace in Ukraine hosted by Switzerland that peace in Ukraine cannot be a surrender for the country. Macron stated, "We are all determined to build lasting peace. And as many of you have said, such peace cannot be an Ukrainian surrender. There is an aggressor and a victim."
