The Israeli army announced on Sunday that its warplanes struck "terrorist infrastructure" in Syria following a missile launch that targeted the Israeli-controlled part of the Golan Heights. The army stated in a brief statement, "In response to the attack towards the Golan Heights yesterday (Saturday), fighter jets bombed terrorist infrastructure in Syria."
It is noteworthy that the spokesperson for the Israeli army, Avichai Adraee, announced via his account on "X" on Saturday, "Alerts were activated in the Golan Heights area after two projectiles were detected fired from within Syrian territory towards Israel, which fell in open areas, and the Defense Forces are targeting the sources of fire within Syria." The "Times of Israel" mentioned that the last time missiles were fired towards Israel from Syrian territory was on October 29.
