Traffic Measures in Zahle Tomorrow

A statement was issued today, Wednesday, by the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division: "On the occasion of the 199th anniversary of the Feast of the Body and Blood of Christ, the sacred procession will pass in front of the Diocese of Our Lady of the Rescue and its surroundings in Zahle, heading towards the Mar Elias neighborhood and the municipality building, descending to the children's nursery, then passing by the 'municipal park,' Mar Mikael, Mar Georges, to the Sarai, where believers will join the procession successively. It will then proceed from Zahle Boulevard, Hotel Kadri towards Khoury Hospital, the entrance to Wadi al-Bardouni towards Mar Elias Monastery, the Eastern College - Rasiya Square, the Qudmani Station, the Jesuit School, and back to Our Lady of the Rescue. Citizens are requested not to park their cars on the sides of the main road along the route that the believers will take, starting from 04:00 AM on 30/05/2024, until 12:00 PM on the same date."
