U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken revealed that Iran is capable of producing fissile materials for the purpose of creating a nuclear bomb "within a week or two." During a forum in Colorado, Blinken stated that "the current situation is not good. Iran, due to the end of the nuclear agreement, instead of being at least a year away from the capability to produce fissile materials for a nuclear bomb, is now likely just a week or two away from being able to do so." However, he clarified that Tehran "has not developed a weapon yet."
