In a shocking act, a doctor at a hospital in Haryana, India, assaulted a patient who was lying in bed with one hand tied down. Surveillance cameras captured the doctor closing the curtains around the patient, turning towards the cameras, and then striking the patient on the chest with his elbow.
Afterward, the doctor opened the curtain and left the area, only for a nurse to appear, as the patient began to complain while the nurse tried to calm him down. The circulated footage on social media sparked public outrage, leading to calls for the doctor and the hospital to be held accountable. In response, the hospital initiated an investigation and took necessary actions against the doctor.
