Hebrew Media: Positive Developments Regarding the Exchange Deal

Israeli Channel 13 reported that we are close to reaching an agreement on the general principles of the exchange deal. It noted that the security cabinet will convene tomorrow, and additional Israeli delegations will visit Qatar and Egypt. For its part, the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation mentioned that the points of disagreement in the ceasefire negotiations include the mechanism for ending the war, the number of prisoners, and the evacuation of prisoners from the Gaza Strip. The Israeli Broadcasting Corporation stated that negotiations on the prisoner exchange deal are expected to continue in Doha tomorrow and highlighted significant progress regarding the Rafah crossing and the Philadelphi route during the negotiations in Doha. Additionally, Channel 12 reported from a political official that "the decision regarding the potential deal ultimately lies in the hands of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu."
