After counting more than 12 million votes, the Iranian Interior Ministry announced that candidate Masoud Bezhakian leads the preliminary results of the presidential elections, followed by Saeed Jalili. The voting process for the 14th presidential elections began at 8 AM yesterday, Friday. Voting took place at polling stations with the presence of supervisors, observers, and candidates' representatives. Additionally, voting during this presidential election period was conducted on paper. According to the country's Civil Registration Organization, 61,452,321 eligible individuals, both domestically and abroad, could participate in the voting. Voting was possible by presenting a birth certificate or national ID card.
