Emirati artist Abdullah Bal Khair spoke about the qualities of his dream girl during a television interview with journalist Yasmin Ezz, requesting Haifa Wehbe's hand in marriage. Bal Khair discussed Wehbe and the rumors of their marriage, saying, "If you love me, propose to Haifa Wehbe. I have known Haifa Wehbe for a long time since the beginning of her artistic career when she was a model. I love her beauty, and we were at a stage of admiration. During this period of admiration, I was surprised to learn that Haifa was coming to the Emirates, hosted by media figure Rabi'a Hindi. They told her that since she was in the UAE, they would introduce her to some artists, and they brought her to my house."
He added, "When she came to my house, it looked different from my usual home because of the preparations for her visit. I did not express my admiration for her out of respect since she came to my home. I slaughtered a sheep for her, and I asked her to eat the brain, as she is a delicate artist and was afraid of gaining weight."
The Emirati artist confirmed that he has never been married, clarifying, "I am happy that I am not married; it’s good that I didn't make that mistake." It is worth noting that many rumors have circulated for years about a marriage between Emirati artist Abdullah Bal Khair and Lebanese artist Haifa Wehbe.
